Ms. Hoffman Teacher of the Month

Husky Quality: Solution-Oriented

A Solution-oriented person always finds a way. They use critical thinking to answer the ‘why’ question. Solution-oriented people don’t just solve problems, they help identify the source of a question or challenge and provide the right, or a better, way of doing things.

Ms. Hoffman always has a positive outlook on everything. When she sees a problem or even a potential problem, she considers solutions and acts on them. She is proactive instead of reactive, which helps to significantly reduce issues. She is forward-thinking and innovative. We are so glad to have you in our pack!

We love you, Ms. Hoffman!
